Indiana PNP of the Year
The Indiana Chapter wanted to celebrate a PNP who works in a community with children and who has made an impact on the lives of children and families in that community.

CRITERIA:
- Be a member in good standing in the Indiana Chapter of NAPNAP
- Made a contribution that has, or may in the future, further the PNP role
- Impact of the contribution must be felt on the local level
EXAMPLES OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE NOMINEES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Service on committees to further the health of children
- Service to IN-NAPNAP
- Awards/membership in organizations that advocate for children
- Presentations that focus on pediatric health care
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION:
- September 1st each year
NOMINATION PROCESS:
- A double spaced, typed narrative description (500 words or less) of the reasons the nominees should receive the award.
- 1-2 letters of reference addressing how the nominee fits the award criteria

This award will be presented annually at the Chapter’s Educational Conference The conference this year is September 24, 2010
