Practice Setting


  • Outpatient-only environment; no hospital rounds
    • Support staff will be onsite


Schedule


  • Three-day workweek, Monday to Wednesday
    • Mellow Mondays start at 9am
    • Early start, early finish on Tues/Wed
  • Protected lunch hour each day


Procedures and Cases


  • Mix of general primary care and DOT physicals
    • Patient load capped at 12 per day
    • No procedures or hands-on interventions needed


Requirements


  • Must be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Indiana license required
  • Current DEA and DOT certifications
  • Quick credentialing with drug screen and TB test
