Trauma surgery

I see trauma patients in a level 1 trauma center. We see consults in the ED and round on patients on the medical and critical care units.

Obtain clinical hours in peds over the summer of 2019 in a residential camp. It is with the diabetes youth foundation diabetes camp. There are 3 weeks of camp to choose from in June. You would essentially be staying as medical staff in the cabins with the children and helping them manage their type 1 diabetes including administration of insulin via pumps or pens, treatment of lows, blood glucose monitoring including glucose sensors etc. You stay overnight from Sunday to Saturday. The camp weeks are: June 9th-15th June 16th-22nd June 23rd-29th Let me know if you are interested. I would need confirmation in the next week so you can completed the application.

You must stay at the camp the entire week. Most schools will allow this to count for 40 hours of clinical time.

Family medicine office in Lebanon, IN. Mostly acute visits from newborn to geriatric patients. Number of patients seen vary day to day.

Office hours are 830-430 Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, & Friday. 830-noon on Wednesday

Aspire Indiana - low income, family practice, also do a lot of psych and addiction medicine as well

Patients are fairly complicated. You will see children through geriatrics. Some Internal Medicine, GYN exams, psych and addiction medicine (vivitrol and suboxone). Low income patients with many needs.

Long term care and rehabiliation

I would be available Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays for preceptor ship of a student looking for hours in long term care and rehabilitation services

I work in a rehab and LTC facility M-F in a primary care setting. I've been a NP for 2 years with a combined 20 years in LTC nursing.

Skilled nursing/Rehab and long term care

There are approx 20 buildings in our group and I provide primary and acute care at two of them. The population is adult/gero with a wide range of medical conditions. We round on 25 people on average per day. I am located on the south side of Indianapolis.

I round in the nursing homes, rehab center, and assisted living facility.

We have 17 facilities in our practice. I am assigned to 3. Two long term care/rehab centers and an assisted living facility. I see patients for acute issues and management of chronic conditions.
