Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Location: Columbus, IN

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 4x10s + Saturday rotation every 8 weeks

Job Overview

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a dynamic, patient-centered health and wellness center in Columbus, IN. You’ll provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative environment with an average patient load of 16–18 per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for patients age 2 and up, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Conduct physical exams, well-woman visits, and minor procedures
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Develop care plans and document using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff for integrated care
• Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as needed
• Educate patients and support nursing staff with clinical best practices

Qualifications

• Active NP license (Indiana)
• State Prescriptive Authority and DEA license
• National certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Current CPR/BLS or ACLS certification with hands-on evaluation (AHA standards)

Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday Rotation: Every 8 weeks, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Details

• Patient Volume: 16–18/day
• EMR: EPIC
• Compensation: $60-70/hr
